CNC Machine System Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a CNC machine system operator for the Medium & Low Speed compressor impeller manufacturing area, who will enrich the product and production strategy of Accelleron Schweiz AG with commitment and professional expertise.

You will assume primary responsibility for the quality and timely manufacturing of turbocharger components from our own production. We rely on you when it comes to producing high-quality components on time on modern manufacturing cells, including turning-milling machines with specified resources and optimal tool design.

Your tasks:

• Independent operation of fully automated cells including 5-axis turning-milling machines
• Independent setup and running-in of existing CNC programs
• Optimizing existing programs with regard to quality and process reliability
• Checking manufactured individual and series parts based on inspection planning

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or
• Technical knowledge in CNC machining technology
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Readiness for shift work (3-shift)
• You have an efficient, independent, and exact way of working
• Routine handling of SAP and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).
• German fluent in speaking and writing
