Test Bench Mechanic / Polymechanic

MY TASKS

• Assembly, setup and commissioning of piston compressors on the test bench
• Execution of functional tests, test runs and customer acceptances
• Execution of leakage tests and technical measurements
• Analysis and evaluation of test and measurement results
• Independent troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical faults
• Disassembly, preservation and preparation of compressors for shipping
• Collaboration on technical improvement projects and optimization of testing processes
• Ensuring quality and safety standards

MY PROFILE

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, Agricultural Machinery Mechanic EFZ, Construction Machinery Mechanic EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ or comparable technical training
• Experience in the assembly, testing or commissioning of larger machines and systems
• Knowledge in handling hall cranes
• Experience in compressor or mechanical engineering technology is an advantage
• Good physical condition and freedom from vertigo
• Very good German language skills at level C1
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
