For our customer, an internationally leading industrial company in the field of innovative environmental and exhaust technology in the Winterthur area, we are looking for a qualified reinforcement for the team, effective immediately or by arrangement. The company develops high-quality systems and shapes sustainable solutions for the global market. In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in the realization and assurance of demanding technical systems.

Polymechanic 80–100%

Activities:

• You are responsible for the precise mechanical production of prototypes, individual components, as well as complete assemblies.
• You professionally assemble mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic elements into functional units.
• You set up complex special systems, special apparatuses, and new developments and commission them independently.
• You carry out comprehensive tests and quality controls to ensure flawless function.
• You actively contribute to the further development and modification of existing products.
• You systematically analyze mechanical malfunctions and rectify them effectively.
• You work proficiently with technical plans, CAD drawings, as well as bills of materials and make adjustments if necessary.
• You record measurement results and create the necessary test documents and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• You have completed basic training as a Polymechanic, Automotive Mechatronician, Machine Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in the assembly and manufacturing of mechanical as well as fluid technology systems.
• You possess a high awareness of quality and an exact, independent way of working.
• You are proficient in reading and integrating complex technical documentation and drawings.
• You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills during troubleshooting.
• You have very good German skills.
