Your area of responsibility
In your function as a Construction Manager, you perform the central hub function and contact point at the pulse of the construction site.
You coordinate and lead all contractors involved in construction and operation and look after suppliers and specialists.
You are responsible for the creation and compliance of the schedule, ensuring professional and qualitatively flawless execution as well as cost planning and monitoring.
From the start of construction to the construction acceptance, you also act as the central contact person for clients, planners and authorities.
Your skills and talents
We are looking for YOU, an upbeat, sympathetic and positively thinking new team member
You have a degree as a Dipl. Bauleiter:in Hochbau, Dipl. Techniker:in Hochbau or an adequate training
You can count on several years of experience as a Construction or Project Manager, preferably from industrial or structural engineering in Switzerland
You move routinely and skillfully in the industry-standard IT programs (Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office, and MS-Project)
Your experience in construction cost planning, calculation, scheduling, contract management, tenders (Devisierung) helps you to "handle" your projects confidently from an administrative standpoint as well
