Requirement profile:

• A completed basic technical training, e.g., as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic, as well as practical experience in maintenance
• Sound knowledge in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics, supplemented by initial experience in Lean Management (5S, structured problem solving)
• Further training, e.g., as a maintenance specialist, HF or NIV Art. 15, is a plus
• You work independently, remain calm even under pressure and enjoy pitching in within a team
• You enjoy organizational tasks and have high standards for quality
• You are mobile for on-call service (driving license Cat. B)

Tasks:

• You find faults independently, fix them quickly and ensure high availability of the systems through predictive maintenance
• You recognize failure risks early, develop well-thought-out emergency scenarios and implement measures that sustainably prevent recurring faults
• You represent the team leader during absences and support him in leadership and organizational tasks
• You actively participate in optimization projects and make production more efficient step by step
• In the on-call and fault service, you actively support the team
