CNC Setup Technician Milling (m/f/d) / Day Shift

Your tasks

• Processing complex and versatile milled/turned parts for the semiconductor, medical, and aircraft industries
• Setting up and operating CNC machining centers
• Creating CNC programs on the Mastercam programming system
• Creating first article reports according to inspection plans
• Monitoring ongoing production and optimizing production processes
• Filling out incident reports
• Maintenance work as well as performing smaller necessary repairs
• Maintenance of production machines, tools, and fixtures
• Providing the required cutting tools

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Polymachinist
• At least 5 years of professional experience on CNC-controlled milling centers
• Experience with Heidenhain
• Good German skills
• Organized, efficient, and exact way of working
• A committed team player
