Your job ##

• Independent setup and preparation of the CNC machining center based on setup plans
• Independent pre-setting and preparation of tools according to tool lists
• Production of small to medium-sized series orders according to specified quality standards
• Operation and loading of the band saw
• Continuous monitoring and ensuring of quality specifications using measuring and testing equipment
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on the production equipment
• Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes and workflows

Your profile ##

• Technical understanding as well as the ability to read and implement technical drawings reliably
• Experience in handling CNC machining centers, ideally with Heidenhain controls
• Experience as a MAG welder is an advantage
• Knowledge in handling other metalworking machines is a plus
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work in shift operation during high workload
• Reliable, committed and motivated personality with high initiative
• Enjoyment in learning new things and developing professionally
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
