Mason Team Leader

Your tasks

• Management and supervision of teams on construction sites
• Organization and distribution of tasks among employees
• Planning and monitoring the progress of work
• Management of material and anticipation of site needs
• Coordination with suppliers and different trades
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and fixed objectives
• Preparation of daily reports
• Control of compliance with quality and safety standards
• Application and monitoring of current regulations

Your profile

• CFC as a mason, team leader certificate, or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar role
• Solid experience in the management and organization of construction sites
• Excellent technical knowledge in structural work
• Ability to unite, motivate, and supervise a team
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and good management of priorities
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Driver's license indispensable
