Polymechanic - CNC manufacturing with CAD CAM programming

Activity

• Construct electrodes in CAD and prepare them for manufacturing
• Program, set up and operate 5-axis HSC milling machine
• Set up, operate and monitor manufacturing processes of sinker EDM machine
• Optimize milling and EDM programs as well as maintain and clean machines

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in the programming of CNC controlled machines
• Knowledge in CAD CAM, ideally with Tebis
• Independent, responsible and quality-oriented way of working
