On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Satin Finishing Operator-Setter 2x8 (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will perform the semi-automatic satin finishing of movement components.
• You will prepare your tools and adapt the machine settings according to the operating ranges.
• You will guarantee the aesthetic finish of the parts in strict compliance with high horology criteria.
• You will perform the aesthetic and dimensional self-control of your parts (under binocular and with micrometers).
• You will report any observed non-conformity to your manager.

Your profile:

• You have a successful first experience in a similar position in watchmaking (machine satin finishing).
• You possess excellent manual dexterity, great meticulousness, and a sharp aesthetic sensitivity.
• You are comfortable with reading blueprints and standard control instruments.
• You demonstrate rigor, patience, team spirit, and a good ability to adapt.
• You are available quickly.
• You are interested in 2x8 shift schedules.
