Civil Engineering Team Leader 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team activities on the construction site to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines
• Plan and organize the human and material resources necessary for project completion
• Ensure monitoring of work progress and communicate regularly with management and stakeholders
• Apply and enforce safety standards on the construction site to guarantee a safe working environment
• Train and mentor team members to foster their professional development and progression

Profile

• Diploma in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a team leader or in a supervisory position in the civil engineering sector
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards
• Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems on the ground
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Results-oriented and capable of motivating a team to achieve set objectives
