Introduction

Production Employee / Machine Operator - Wil SG

For our customer, we are looking for reliable and technically skilled personalities for production and machine operation, starting immediately or by agreement. You will work on modern production facilities and are responsible, among other things, for the processing and manufacturing of metal components, quality controls, and the monitoring of production processes.

Tasks

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring cutting machines and production facilities
• Cutting material to specified lengths according to the production order
• Carrying out dimension and quality controls
• Ensuring specified tolerances and quality requirements
• Rectifying minor machine malfunctions
• Supporting maintenance and repair work
• Providing production material
• Packaging the manufactured parts
• Documenting production and testing results
• Complying with safety, quality, and production regulations

Profile

Willingness to work in 2-shift operation

• Willingness for working hours from 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00
• Technical understanding
• Careful and reliable way of working
• Quality awareness
• Manual dexterity
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility

Advantageous:

• Experience in machine operation
• Experience in metal processing
• Experience with production facilities or cutting machines
