Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering and Road Construction Your contribution to us * You have completed basic training in construction as well as further training as a certified construction manager, engineer, or an equivalent qualification * You bring several years of experience as a construction manager in civil and road construction * You have leadership experience and specifically develop employees * You have a convincing appearance and conduct negotiations confidently * You work in a customer-oriented manner and build long-term business relationships * You have very good MS Office skills, experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage * You act entrepreneurially, goal-oriented, and independently * You convince with assertiveness, negotiation skills, and decision-making strength * You work reliably, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team What counts for us * You lead the construction business in the region and work closely with all relevant stakeholders * You develop the vision and strategy of the branch together with your team and implement them consistently * You bear responsibility for the performance and the result of the branch * You lead and develop the employees of the branch * You acquire construction orders and look after customers in coordination with the division management * You lead and support the operational teams in construction execution and ensure economical, on-schedule, and quality-compliant implementation of the construction projects * You conclude subcontractor contracts in coordination with the division management * You conduct negotiations with clients regarding issues of construction execution, changes and extensions of the construction contracts, as well as supplements * You control the construction processes and construction site results * You are responsible for work preparation and construction site organization * You ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality goals Our added value for you You receive the creative freedom to manage a branch entrepreneurially, to develop employees, and to manage demanding construction projects.
