Road Builder with development perspective to Foreman Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced road builder and want to take the next step in your professional career? For our client, we are looking for a motivated specialist who wants to develop into a foreman in civil engineering and take on leadership responsibility in the future.

Your tasks:

Execution of road and civil engineering work
Creation of utility lines, drainage, and edge finishes
Execution of surfacing, paving, and landscaping work
Supporting the foreman in the organization and coordination of the construction site
Step-by-step assumption of responsibility for work processes and employees
Compliance with quality and safety specifications

Your profile:

Completed training as a Road Builder EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in road and civil engineering
Interest in developing into a foreman and willingness to undergo the corresponding further training
Organizational talent, initiative, and sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in guiding employees
Good German language skills
Driver's license category B is an advantage
