Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of the properties
• Monitoring and control of heating systems (district heating)
• Coordination and organization of maintenance and administrative work
• Care and management of elevator systems and technical facilities
• Mowing lawns, leaf work, as well as general gardening work
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in and around the properties
• Support with various manual and technical tasks
• Readiness to perform on-call service (approx. 1 time per month)

Your profile

• Completed training as a caretaker (mandatory)
• Several years of experience in the field of facility management
• Technical understanding, especially in the field of heating and building technology
• Strategic, structured and organized way of working
• All-rounder mentality with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• PC user skills, especially Outlook (appointment coordination and organization)
