Structural work and renovation site manager m/f (100%) ##

YOUR TASKS: ###

• Operational management and autonomous responsibility for construction sites, from client masonry work to demanding renovations
• Work preparation and supervision of site progress
• Control of costs and quality, measurements with invoicing and recalculation
• Support in the field of calculations and offers
• Appreciative and motivating personnel management
• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers and authorities

YOUR PROFILE: ###

• Basic technical training in construction with additional training as a site manager/construction technician or solid professional experience in a comparable position
• Experienced personality in management, responsible, communicative with assertiveness
• Enjoyment of a respectful and open behavior in a team and with all stakeholders
• Economic spirit and cost awareness
• Proficiency in MS-Office, knowledge of SORBA an asset
• Category B driving license
