Your tasks:

• Independent management and organization of construction projects in horticulture and landscaping
• Planning, coordination and supervision of all construction processes
• Responsibility for the timely, economical and high-quality execution of the work
• Leadership and coordination of foremen, gardeners and construction site personnel
• Organization and supervision of horticultural, environmental and landscaping work
• Planning and coordination of machine, material and personnel deployment
• Creation and supervision of construction programs and schedules
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants
• Supervision of costs, budgets and economic efficiency of the construction projects
• Creation of offers, calculations, measurements and construction accounts
• Organization and procurement of plants, building materials, machines and tools
• Supervision of paving, natural stone, earth and surfacing work
• Coordination of plantings, lawn areas, garden facilities and environmental designs
• Conducting regular construction site inspections and construction meetings
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations
• Contact person for clients, architects, landscape architects and other project participants
• Independent support of construction projects from work preparation to acceptance

Your profile:

• Completed further training as a construction manager in horticulture and landscaping or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Completed basic training as a gardener EFZ specializing in horticulture and landscaping is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management in horticulture and landscaping
• Sound knowledge in horticulture, landscaping and environmental design
• Experience in the independent management and organization of construction sites
• Very good knowledge in the planning and execution of horticultural projects
• Experience in dealing with paving, natural stone work and garden facilities
• Good knowledge in construction planning, calculation and cost control
• Experience in dealing with construction plans, bills of quantities and construction accounts
• Good plant knowledge and experience in the design of green spaces
• Confident use of MS Office and common construction software
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong cost awareness
• Leadership competence, organizational strength and assertiveness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing required
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
