For our client, a well-known company in the Schaffhausen (SH) region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as an assembly worker, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Versatile assembly: You assemble components precisely – from robust parts to delicate small and fine components.
• Precision according to plan: You work independently according to technical drawings, patterns, and assembly instructions.
• Skilled use of tools: Whether standard hand tools or special tools for fine finishing – you use every instrument routinely and professionally.
• Quality in focus: With a trained eye, you perform visual and functional checks and guarantee flawless workpieces.
• Finish & shipping: You pack the finished end products professionally and make them ready for shipment according to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Training & experience: Manual or technical basic training (e.g., mechanics, assembly) or sound practical experience in production and small parts assembly.
• Dexterity & hands-on mentality: You combine a sense of touch for detail-oriented assembly work with full commitment during stronger manual tasks.
• Sharp eye & concentration: You always maintain an overview, even with demanding small parts, and work error-free.
• Technical understanding: Reading and implementing plans and specifications comes easily to you.
• Way of working & team spirit: Reliable, quality-conscious, and flexible – you shine both working alone and in a collegial team.
• Language skills: Good to very good German skills (oral & written) for smooth cooperation and documentation.
