For one of our customers, we are looking for a construction foreman / building foreman (m/f).

Your future tasks:

• You will be responsible for conventional formwork.
• You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting.
• You will undertake the shuttering and striking of walls, ceilings, and stairs.
• You will be responsible for the concreting and compaction of concrete.
• Distribution of work to each team member
• Monitoring of work progress
• Leading the production meeting every morning
• Checking the plans and preparing the work for the next day
• Checking the daily hour reports
• You will ensure that applicable safety standards are complied with.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in construction in Switzerland or abroad.
• You have good German skills.
• You are independent and versatile.
• You have proven experience in team leadership.
• Preferably, you have completed an apprenticeship as a mason, training as a foreman or foreman, or similar proof.
• Ability to anticipate demanding situations and make quick decisions
• Great organizational skills and sense of order, combination of team spirit and ability for independent action
