Your tasks

• You visit our customers with your service vehicle and repair large kitchen appliances as well as laundry towers
• Creation of cost estimates, replacement offers and reports on the assignments
• Support and planning in work preparation (AVOR) and processing of service inquiries
• Technical support of the internal service department for inquiries

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training and mandatory many years of professional experience in the technical service area of large household appliances
• Holder of the follow-up permit according to Art. 15 NIV
• Physical resilience and manual flair
• Exact, reliable and efficient way of working as well as high customer orientation
• Place of residence in the specified deployment region
