Activity

• Creation and editing of execution, workshop, and detail plans
• Drawing of floor plans, sections, and facades
• Implementation of architect and project plans into construction-appropriate execution plans
• Development of constructive details and solutions for modern timber construction
• Coordination and alignment of planning with project management, site management, and production
• Consideration of technical, constructive, and design requirements
• Collaboration in the design and project development of construction projects
• Support in the creation and preparation of building applications
• Processing of plan changes and implementation of official requirements
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as architects and clients

Requirements

• Completed training as Schreiner EFZ, Hochbauzeichner / Zeichner EFZ Architektur or comparable training
• Ideally experience in execution and workshop planning
• Good knowledge of constructive timber construction is an advantage
• Confident handling of CAD systems
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
• Interest in architecture, construction, and modern timber construction solutions
• Independent, exact, and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team
• Advantageous: experience with design planning and building applications
• Good German skills
