Foreman 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and report non-conformities, modifications, additional services, and customer claims
• Supervise construction site teams, assign tasks, control execution, and support the training of apprentices
• Manage site organization: preparation of work, material supply, management of rentals, and monitoring of deliveries
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the update of plans, schedules, and documents necessary for the smooth running of the project
• Ensure the planning, coordination, and daily monitoring of work, while ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety instructions
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, environmental protection, proper use of equipment, and the positive image of the company
• Write daily, weekly, and management reports, as well as measurements and other administrative documents related to the progress of the site
• Communicate regularly with the hierarchical superior, site technicians, and other stakeholders to guarantee a good flow of information

Profile

• Federal certificate of proficiency for foremen
• Confirmed experience of more than 10 years in the field
• Great sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills: sense of contact, assertiveness, and ability to persuade
• Task-oriented management, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and manage conflicts within teams
• Strong adaptability, spirit of initiative, and solid power of appreciation for decision-making
• Mastery of written communication and ability to transmit information in a clear and structured manner
