Context:

My client, an innovative player in the technology sector, is looking for a Maintenance Technician, having a good level of French and German, to strengthen its Maintenance & Infrastructures team. You will join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, where interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and the transformation of ideas into concrete solutions are at the heart of the strategy.

Main missions:

• Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance in the fields of electronics and mechanics on various installations: mechanical and laser machining machines, surface treatment equipment, etc.;
• Diagnose faults and intervene on sensors, indicators, motors, axes, and various machine components;
• Install, control, and adjust motors and axes, particularly NC compensations;
• Modify and optimize existing equipment by integrating new sensors, accessories, or electrical and mechanical components; Actively participate in improving the performance and reliability of production machines;
• Control equipment using monitoring software and resolve identified malfunctions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation relating to machines and various building infrastructure elements;
• Collaborate with the R&D department on various projects, particularly in the areas of design with Inventor, automation, or the creation of mechanical and 3D printing prototypes;
• Contribute to optimization and continuous improvement processes for the installations.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a CFC in automation, electricity, or an ES Technician diploma in a similar field (or training deemed equivalent);
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment;
• Experience in NC (numerical control) checks. FANUC and Beckhoff, an asset;
• Good knowledge of mechanics, an advantage;
• Good knowledge of French and German (minimum B1 level) mandatory. English is an asset;
• Autonomous and responsible, you work in a methodical, structured, and solution-oriented manner, while appreciating strong interdisciplinary collaboration with the different trades of the company.
