Job Description ##

Within a dynamic team, you will ensure the monitoring and coordination of various sanitary projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Ensure the management and operational monitoring of the projects entrusted to you.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate the interventions of the various stakeholders.
• Be the primary contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Perform the surveys necessary for the smooth running of business.
• Prepare estimates, offers, and requests for quotes.
• Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of projects.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the smooth flow of information between the various actors.
• Anticipate technical and organizational constraints in order to guarantee the smooth progress of projects.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality of execution, and set objectives.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Training in the sanitary field, building technology, or experience deemed equivalent.
• Swiss Experience Mandatory
• Successful experience in the management, coordination, or monitoring of sanitary projects.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
• Ability to advance projects and coordinate different stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
• Driver's license required.
