Joinery Technician (M/F)

We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized company in Suisse romande, specialized in technical joinery and building fit-out solutions, a Joinery Technician.

You ensure the technical and organizational follow-up of joinery and technical fit-out projects, from the study stage to the acceptance of the works. As a true interlocutor for architects, project owners, and installation companies, you guarantee the smooth running of projects while respecting deadlines, technical requirements, and the expected quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical plans on AutoCAD
• Perform on-site surveys: measurements, photographs, and collection of necessary information
• Manage orders with suppliers and subcontractors
• Plan and ensure the follow-up of construction sites
• Provide adapted technical solutions to problems encountered in the field
• Ensure the follow-up of large-scale projects, notably in collaboration with general contractors
• Control supplier invoices
• Ensure invoicing and final accounts at the end of the construction site

Profile

• Training in the wood / joinery sector
• Confirmed experience in the field of joinery, ideally on door and cabinet projects
• Successful experience in a similar role
• Solid technical knowledge allowing for the analysis of problems and the proposal of adapted solutions on site
• Comfortable with the management of large-scale projects and significant volumes
• Good mastery of AutoCAD
• Ability to work autonomously and to manage multiple interlocutors
• Dynamic, organized, and solution-oriented person
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
