Production or Polymechanic Rotor Manufacturing (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Manufacturing of individual parts and small series on conventional and CNC-controlled turning and milling machines based on technical documents (drawings, bills of materials, work plans)
• CNC cylindrical grinding of rotors and stators
• Setting up the machines, creating corresponding data sheets
• Programming and program corrections of the machine controls
• Layering and hard soldering of rotor packages
• Equipping rotors with magnets, bandaging and balancing
• Quality monitoring, first-piece inspection and worker self-control

Your qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as a production mechanic, polymechanic or similar training
• Several years of experience in the manufacture of turned, milled and ground parts in the field of mechanics
• Several years of experience in setting up and programming CNC machines
• Proficient in reading technical drawings (form and position tolerances) and the use of required measuring tools
• Welding knowledge
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Exact, efficient and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team
