Polymechanic CNC Setter Multiswiss MECO (M/F/D)

Your mission

Within a modern and highly automated production environment, you ensure the setup, adjustment, and optimization of CNC machines dedicated to the manufacture of precision components.

Your responsibilities

• Perform complete setups of CNC machines
• Carry out necessary adjustments and corrections during production.
• Ensure the monitoring and optimization of machining parameters.
• Check the conformity of parts using conventional measuring instruments.
• Participate in the resolution of technical problems and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the methods, quality, and production departments.
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile

• CFC in Polymechanic, Production Mechanic or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in CNC turning on different machines
• Very good knowledge of precision machining techniques.
• Mastery of reading technical drawings and control methods.
• Knowledge of production environments with high quality requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
• Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of French or German, with openness to evolving in a bilingual French / German environment.
