Have you been a car body technician for years, know every trick, and realize that working with apprentices gives you the most pleasure? Then you've come to the right place. At the Kurszentrum Zofingen, you will train the next generation of car body technicians from the Canton of Aargau. Without customer pressure, without calculation stress, with flexible time management.

What you do

• You lead the intercompany courses (ÜK) for apprentices from the 1st to 4th year of apprenticeship
• You show them current repair and straightening techniques directly on the vehicle and workbench
• You prepare them specifically for the qualification procedure (QV)
• You plan and schedule the courses yourself
• You are in exchange with training companies, vocational schools, and the association
• You help develop the course content when new technology enters the industry

What you bring

• Apprenticeship as Carrosseriespengler/in EFZ
• Several years of practical experience, preferably also as a workshop manager, vocational trainer, or master
• Joy in teaching young people, even when things get difficult
• Calm, clear demeanor
• SVEB certificate? It's nice if you have it. If not, we will do it together and we will pay.
