In this role, you ensure the smooth operation of various properties and keep technical systems under control at all times.
Your area of activity includes:

• Care and monitoring of all building technical systems (HVACSE)
• Planning, control, and documentation of maintenance
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
• Administrative processing of daily business
• Organization and implementation of projects in the field of building technology
• Development of optimization possibilities to reduce operating costs
• On-call service

• Technical basic training in the field of HVAC or electrical
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Experience in technical building maintenance
• Good organizational skills and clear communication
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service mindset
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good IT user skills
