For an established institution in the healthcare sector in the Fricktal region, we are looking for a committed and versatile personality to strengthen the technical team. You can expect a varied field of activity with extensive garden and park areas at several locations as well as a collegial working environment.

Your tasks:

• You maintain, design and plant various garden and park areas and ensure a well-kept appearance
• You plan and carry out seasonal planting, care and maintenance work independently
• You are responsible for the management, maintenance and upkeep of the fleet of machines and equipment
• Together with the Head of Technology, you further develop the existing maintenance concept and contribute your own ideas for optimization
• During the winter months, you support the technical team with general building maintenance work
• You undertake on-call services in the Laufenburg region and ensure reliable deployment if required

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in horticulture and landscaping, ideally in the maintenance of larger green and park areas
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and interest in building technology topics
• Manual dexterity that goes beyond classic horticulture
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to undertake on-call services
• Flexibility for deployments in Fricktal
