For a well-maintained private property in Kanton Solothurn, we are looking for a reliable and versatile personality with technical understanding, manual dexterity, and enjoyment of independent activity.

The focus of your activity lies in the comprehensive care of the private property. In addition, you will take over technical maintenance and care tasks at other properties in the region.

You recognize what needs to be done, take initiative independently, and maintain an overview even with different tasks and locations of operation.

The position goes beyond a classic caretaker function:

We are looking for a long-term person of trust who takes responsibility, acts proactively, and ensures the flawless maintenance of the properties entrusted to them.

Your tasks:

In this varied function, you will take on a versatile area of responsibility surrounding the property. This includes in particular:

• Inspection, care, and ongoing maintenance of buildings, building technology, and outdoor facilities
• Independent execution of minor repairs and manual work
• Early recognition of defects and technical need for action as well as initiation of the
• necessary measures
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and specialists
• Care and maintenance of garden and surrounding areas
• Care and maintenance of the pond system and the animals living in it at the private main location
• Seasonal work as well as winter service
• Careful care and maintenance of the existing vehicles
• Occasional driving and errand services
• Organization of disposal and recycling
• General practical and organizational work surrounding the managed properties
• Flexible support for extraordinary or short-term tasks arising

• A basic manual or technical training as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function
