CNC Programmer

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer seeking to pursue their career in the watchmaking world. Your missions - Program 3 to 5-axis CNC machining centers dedicated to the manufacture of high-precision watch components. - Define and develop optimized machining strategies for series production with very high levels of dimensional and aesthetic requirements. - Design, test, and validate programs while guaranteeing robustness, repeatability, and process safety. - Optimize cycle times, tool life, and process stability in a logic of continuous improvement. - Actively participate in the industrialization of new parts and their ramp-up. - Ensure the standardization of programming methods and the associated technical documentation.

Your profile

• Higher education in micromechanics, mechanical engineering, or CNC programming - Proven experience in multi-axis CNC programming in a high-precision production environment, ideally in watchmaking or microtechnology. - Excellent mastery of CAM software and advanced ISO programming. - Strong capacity for analysis and process optimization. - Rigor, extreme precision, and attention to detail. - Autonomy, methodical spirit, and the ability to work in a structured environment.
