Responsibilities ###

• Install and commission household appliances at customers' premises.
• Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of household appliances.
• Ensure quality customer service by answering questions and providing usage advice.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of appliances.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications ###

• Technical training or equivalent experience in the field of household appliances.
• Solid knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Valid driving license (category B).
• Proficiency in français, knowledge of english or another local language is an asset.
