With our LANDI and Volg shops as well as the AGROLA gas stations and TopShops, we supply the population with food, everyday goods, and energy. In addition, we manage and rent real estate in the region.

These tasks will inspire you

• Carrying out general caretaker, cleaning, and grounds work as well as performing minor repair and maintenance work
• Ensuring smooth building operations as well as guaranteeing the operational readiness and functionality of the technical building systems
• Independent planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing maintenance and servicing work
• Taking over winter services as well as performing on-call and standby services according to the deployment plan
• Coordination, accompaniment, and supervision of external service providers, craft businesses, and suppliers
• Participation in smaller renovation, expansion, and refurbishment projects
• Taking over holiday and absence cover within the caretaker team

We look forward to this profile

• Completed basic vocational training in a craft (advantageously in a profession such as electrical installer, sanitary installer, or a comparable specialty)
• Professional experience in caretaker services or technical building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working as well as high commitment and physical resilience
• Versatility, manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of service
• Driver's license of categories B and BE
• Business fluent German skills
