Operations Agent / Professional Concierge at 80-100% (m/f) Sion

La Fondation Mon Foyer, active in housing in Sion, is looking for an operations agent / professional concierge at 80-100% for its real estate portfolio.

Are you a hands-on, autonomous, and rigorous person with a true sense of service?
This versatile position, divided between two intervention perimeters, offers you a stable and human working environment within a foundation active in housing.

Your mission will revolve around four areas:

• Maintenance — routine maintenance of the interior and exterior common areas of several buildings, primarily in the Platta district;
• Landscaping — maintenance of green spaces and the exterior of the foundation's real estate portfolio;
• Technical surveillance — inspection of buildings, reporting of anomalies, usual maintenance work, small technical interventions - across the entire portfolio;
• Support to residents — local help and support to tenants across the entire portfolio.

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or a federal diploma as a concierge;
• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Autonomous, organized, and versatile person;
• Good interpersonal skills, service spirit, and ability to work with different audiences;
• Very good knowledge of building technology;
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.

We offer:

• Permanent contract (CDI) at 80-100%, rate can evolve according to needs;
• Start date on 1st April 2027 or to be agreed;

Important information

For reasons of organization and proximity to residents, it is desired that the hired person resides or moves into one of the apartments of the Fondation Mon Foyer in Platta.
