Polisher (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Production division, at our site in Plan-les-Ouates, we are looking for a Polisher (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the manual finishing operations of certain watch components.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform preparation and/or finishing operations on various dressing components
• Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic control of the produced parts
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Profile ##

• Holder of an AFP as a polisher
• Significant professional experience in the field of finishing
• Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing desired
• Good visual acuity and dexterity
• Autonomous, organized and possessing good team spirit
• Rigorous and respectful of procedures
• Available for 2x8 shift work
