Maintenance Specialist Weekend Shift

When others start their weekend, you ensure that everything runs smoothly with us. In the weekend shift, you use your technical know-how to reliably keep our production and logistics systems in good condition.

What you will do

• When a system is down, you are needed: You analyze malfunctions, find the cause, and reliably bring the system back into operation.
• Through professional maintenance and servicing, you ensure that our production and logistics systems remain safe and available.
• You keep an eye on our systems, recognize weaknesses early on, and implement sustainable improvements.
• In cooperation with maintenance planning, you further develop maintenance measures and plans and ensure the availability of important spare parts.
• During commissioning, conversions, and projects, you contribute your practical experience and your technical know-how.
• You share your knowledge within the team and are ready to pitch in during shift operations and occasional special assignments.

Working model weekend shift & Friday

Working hours: Friday normal working hours, Saturday and Sunday 6:00-18:00 (incl. 2h break per day) Workload: 78%, Advantage: Belimo pays the salary analogous to an 85% workload plus a weekend allowance. The induction takes place during the week in the early and late shifts between 6:00 and 23:00 during approx. 4-8 weeks.

Who you are

• You have a technical vocational training, further education as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in the maintenance of production and logistics systems and appreciate and know direct customer contact.
• You are technically proficient in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering; ideally, you also have basic knowledge of PLC programming.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and like to roll up your sleeves.
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and a team player, and you impress with quick comprehension as well as networked thinking.
• You communicate confidently in German and can also communicate in English.
