Job Description

• Assistance with the assembly of metal components
• Assembly of railings, stairs, balconies, and metal constructions
• Support for metalworkers and fitters on the construction site
• Assistance with facade, glass, and steel construction work
• Transporting, preparing, and providing material
• Working outdoors and in different weather conditions
• Working on scaffolding, aerial work platforms, and at heights
• General assembly and auxiliary work
• Temporary assignments at various metal construction companies in the Canton of Luzern
• Workload: 100 percent, Monday to Friday
• Short or multi-month assignments depending on availability

Requirement Profile

• Manual dexterity
• Experience in metal construction, assembly, or on construction sites is an advantage
• Enjoyment of physical work outdoors
• Weather resistance and willingness to work in different weather conditions
• Freedom from vertigo and suitability for heights
• Good physical condition
• Reliable, motivated, and safe way of working
• Ability to work in a team and punctuality
• Good communication in German
• Driver's license and own car are an advantage depending on the assignment, but not always mandatory
