Your areas of operation are located in the regions of Biel-Seeland, Berner Jura, Solothurn as well as in Western Switzerland. With its more than 120 employees, our client is one of the leading companies in the region and its services are among the most important success factors.

Your tasks

You manage demanding civil engineering projects on the construction site and coordinate employees, resources and workflows. In doing so, you ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely and with high quality.

Your responsibilities

• Independent management and coordination of civil engineering construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, norms and execution plans
• Monitoring costs as well as supporting the financial controlling of the construction sites
• Efficient management and deployment planning of the construction site teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
• Proactive solution of challenges on the construction site as well as support for the construction management
• Coordination with internal and external project participants to ensure a smooth construction process

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Baupolier/in Tiefbau or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Baupolier/in in civil engineering, preferably at least 5 years
• Profound knowledge in the field of civil and infrastructure engineering
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High level of independence as well as sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• good French skills are a MUST
• Car and driver's license an advantage
