Your typical day

• Maintenance & Servicing: You carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and repair work on our production facilities
• Electromechanical & analytical tasks: You analyze technical malfunctions and rectify errors in mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Knowledge management & documentation: You coordinate and document support cases as well as maintenance and servicing measures
• Validations & approvals: You validate systems after adjustments and grant approval for production operations
• Planning & organization: You create maintenance plans, work instructions and technical documentation
• Optimizations (CIP): You identify potential for optimization and support the continuous increase in plant availability and OEE

Your profile

• Professional foundation: You bring at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of automated production facilities in a technologically demanding industrial environment
• Training and further education: You have a technical vocational training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, automation technician, assembly technician or in a comparable field and possess a subsequent permit according to Art. 15 NIV as well as ideally further training as a maintenance specialist or technician HF (Automation/System Technology)
• Broad technical knowledge: You have a broad technical understanding of mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology and production IT
• Your personality: You are an independent team player, structured and solution-oriented and have an affinity for automation, AI and modern production facilities
• Flexibility: Currently we work in day shifts; however, in the future, a 2-shift model or on-call service may be added if required
• Language competence: We require German in spoken + written form, additionally you can read and understand technical documentation in E
