• Lead the workshop team (10 people)
• Allocate and coordinate orders
• Support customer service for technical questions, including contact with customers
• Establish diagnostics
• Write technical requests
• Process and resolve technical problems
• Participate in repairs and service work
• If interested, participate in the breakdown service

Requirements:

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic
• Autonomous, reliable, and precise way of working
• Willingness to develop
