We are looking for our client, a well-known company in the Schffhausen (SH) region, as of immediately or by arrangement, for a motivated and reliable personality as a Construction Manager Sanitary Installer.

Your tasks:

• Operative supervision: Independent control, organization, and coordination of all sanitary works directly on site.
• Employee leadership: Forward-looking deployment planning, motivation, and technical leadership of your construction site team.
• Process optimization: Active monitoring of construction progress, early intervention in case of deviations, as well as clean maintenance of construction diaries and reports.

Installation & Technical Expertise

• Technical precision: Precise implementation of plans, diagrams, and complex technical specifications.
• Assembly & renovation: Professional installation of demanding sanitary, water, wastewater, and compressed air systems in new buildings, conversions, and renovations.
• Quality assurance: Active accompaniment of functional controls, test runs, and the final system handover to the customer.

Interfaces & Construction Site Logistics

• On-site hub: Close exchange with general construction management, specialist planners, and other craft teams for smooth processes.
• Material & occupational safety: Forward-looking material disposition including incoming goods inspection as well as consistent compliance with all specifications regarding occupational safety and environmental protection.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Training: Trained Sanitary Installer EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Several years of practice in sanitary technology as well as demonstrable experience in the management of construction sites or teams.
• Know-how: Deep understanding of building technology, rapid grasping of plans, and optionally initial experience with digital construction site tools (BIM).
• Further education: A qualification as a Chief Fitter with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or building technology manager is a big plus.
