Service Technician Commercial Kitchen Technology (m/f/d) 80 - 100% Bern Region - Berner Oberland

• Independent support of your deployment area in the Bern and Berner Oberland region
• Maintenance, service, and repair work on professional kitchen appliances and technical systems
• Commissioning and handover of new devices and systems at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults on-site
• Carrying out fault diagnostics and developing sustainable solutions
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Training and instruction of users in handling the systems
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

We expect:

• Completed basic technical training, for example as an automation technician, electrical installer, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or control technology
• Experience in technical service or customer service is an advantage
• Enjoyment of independent work and high personal responsibility
• Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• Strong technical understanding as well as enjoyment of troubleshooting
• Willingness for a fairly regulated on-call service
• Driver's license category B
• Residence ideally in the Bern, Thun, Interlaken, Spiez region or surroundings
