Job description

• Apply plaster to the external facades of buildings
• Perform internal and external insulation work of a sound, thermal, fire protection and anti-moisture type
• Install suspended ceilings, or dropped ceilings, in plasterboard, smooth or decorated gypsum boards, metal sheets of various shapes, mineral fiber, etc.
• Assemble partition walls, for example with solid gypsum boards, with insulation framing and plasterboard
• Execute and install stuccos that adorn walls and ceilings: moldings, columns, rosettes, capitals and more, in new constructions and in old buildings to be restored
• Lay dry and self-leveling screeds
• Create technical floors, i.e., raised floors to allow the passage of various pipes underneath
• Use various tools such as trowel, pointing trowel, float, small float, level, straight edges, electric screwdrivers, drills and various other equipment
