To strengthen our team in the Food sector, we are looking for a motivated * and committed * Butcher, 70%, starting from 01.01.2027, at the Vezia location. ##

Your responsibilities

• Structure sales arguments into speeches and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
• Regularly check that the sales counters are well-stocked and clean.
• Successfully implement product and local concepts.
• Create an appealing commercial atmosphere in line with the strategy (season, etc.).
• Guarantee the freshness and quality of our products.
• Establish the main seasonal focuses and present the products accordingly.
• Constantly respect the prescribed hygiene standards.

Your profile

• You have completed basic training as a butcher AFC.
• You have already acquired professional experience as a butcher or fresh meat salesperson.
• You are a reliable person who loves their work and has a lot of grit.
• You have a motivated, friendly personality and a well-groomed appearance.
• You have a clean, meticulous and efficient working method.
• You have excellent sales skills in service, excellent interpersonal skills with customers and an aptitude for teamwork.
• You have the knowledge and ability to perform all cuts of beef, veal, pork, lamb and poultry.
• You have the ability to advise on recipes or cooking methods.
• You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
