For our client, an internationally active industrial company specializing in connection solutions and fiber optic technology, we are looking for an experienced

Extrusion Machine Operator (m/f/d) ###

per immediately or by arrangement, as part of a fixed-term assignment.

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production systems in the fiber optic cable area
• Preparation and manufacturing of production orders according to the work program and operations plan
• Provision and conditioning of materials according to bill of materials
• Setup of the systems according to production orders, recipes, and technical specifications
• Monitoring of the production process and initiation of corrective measures if necessary
• Execution and documentation of quality controls and measurements
• Delivery of the manufactured products to the subsequent production step or final inspection
• Cleaning, care, and simple maintenance of the production systems
• Participation in Lean Management and active implementation of the 5S philosophy
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handovers
• Recording and evaluation of production key figures

Your Profile ###

• Experience in operating production or industrial systems is an advantage
• Technical understanding and basic mechanical knowledge
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Team player and flexible personality
• Rapid comprehension and interest in technical processes
• Willingness to work shifts (up to 4-shift operation)
• Physical resilience and willingness for practical activities in the production environment
• Good German skills
