Tasks

• You ensure the reliable operation of our technical infrastructure and independently carry out maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on building services systems. This specifically includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and water treatment systems.
• You analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and carry out regular functional and safety checks.
• You undertake repair work on logistics equipment as well as on doors, gates, and windows.
• You support general services and internal projects, for example during office and room moves or the setup of operational rooms.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of the technical system documentation and actively participate in optimization and maintenance projects.

Profile

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the field of heating, sanitary, or building technology.
• You bring sound knowledge in control and regulation technology (HVAC) as well as in electrical engineering.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and reliably, and are characterized by a careful way of working.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in Facility Management or in a comparable technical function.
• You possess a category B driver's license.
