Service Technician Electricity

To strengthen our customer service team at IBW Energie AG, we are looking for a motivated Service Technician Electricity (100 %) as of 1 April 2027 or by arrangement

These are your tasks

• You assemble and maintain the measuring and control devices and perform inspections as well as fault rectifications
• You analyze faults in the communication network and help to resolve them sustainably
• You participate in the rollout of the intelligent measuring and control system
• You assist with the connection of the remote reading of water and gas meters to the Smart Meter (incl. fault rectification in case of communication errors)
• You assist in the organization of meter revisions, meter calibrations and lot management and procure additional devices such as transformers incl. calibration certificates
• You are co-responsible for the electricity meter magazine
• You provide support in the implementation of factory inspections

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
• Interest in continuous development and professional further training
• Good schematic and IT user knowledge
• Strong organizational talent
• Independent, precise and reliable way of working
• High reliability and ability to work in a team
• Good manners and a friendly appearance
• Driver's license Cat. B
