Your tasks * You independently carry out smaller maintenance works and repairs and, if necessary, initiate measures to rectify malfunctions and irregularities * You regularly carry out inspection rounds and reliably document the condition of the systems * You support the team with area cleaning * You coordinate external service providers and delivery companies, obtain quotes, and accompany their assignments on site * You work closely in a team, take on Saturday shifts, and are deployed in on-call and emergency service if required. Your profile * You have completed vocational training in a technical profession and have already gained several years of work experience * You have already completed the training to become a SiBe as well as ideally a sprinkler technician, or you are willing to catch up on this * Several years of experience in technical or infrastructural building management helps you to master complex tasks independently and efficiently * You recognize customer needs early, act in a solution-oriented manner, and convince with your professional appearance as well as a well-groomed appearance * A category B driver's license and very good German skills round off your profile.
