Waterproofer

The employer is looking for a:

Waterproofer (reported profession)

Tasks:

• verify surface conditions
• read received plans or draw sketches
• measure dimensions, calculate necessary material quantities, transport and store them on site
• prepare flat surfaces for sealing, drying, cleaning and leveling
• lay waterproofing membranes in bitumen, mastic and synthetic material
• respect the manufacturer's instructions for use and the safety and health regulations on the construction site
• install solar panels and prepare their connection
• install slabs and perform finishing work to ensure the aesthetics and durability of the envelope
• proceed to the final covering
• remove and replace damaged materials
• dispose of waste and materials in compliance with environmental regulations

Requirements:

• proven experience in the sector of at least three years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• category B driving license
• owner of a car
